127 40 Square Meters of Dualism

A 40 m² space with a contemporary and minimalist design, which used to be a storeroom. During the week, an interior design studio operates out of it, but on the weekends and holidays it turns into an intimate vacation apartment. Despite being an enclosed space that is not directly exposed to the street, coupled with the fact that part of it is situated below the ground floor, it manages to feel bright, open and connected with the surroundings. Among other things, that sense is achieved thanks to the natural materials that have been incorporated in the space.
