125 A Penthouse on 8 Dina Street

A penthouse apartment that was designed around the connection existing between the interior spaces and the outdoor spaces and the Jerusalem landscape. A metal spiral staircase that leads to the roof is situated in the middle of the apartment. At the top of the staircase, there is a covered element that combines glass and metal and has a chrome finishing, which brings natural light into the house throughout the day. When the sun goes down, the element turns into a huge light fixture that illuminates the roof. The design of the apartment, characterized by clean lines with wood floors and natural stone surfaces, seeks to create the feel of a contemporary home that has a warm and personal touch to it.
