A new 160 m2 penthouse apartment in a National Outline Plan 38 project. It illustrates how a clever design dealt with the apartment’s narrow and elongated layout, which only has two light and ventilation exposures. The desired solution was achieved by opening a skylight above the main stairwell and by integrating additional design solutions.
