3 Ruppin Park

Meeting point: the corner of Stephen Wise St. and Ruppin Rd.

Architects: Ollech + Tol Architects, 2024

Ruppin Park is a new park that extends across an area of around eight acres from the Israel Museum to the Bloomfield Science Museum, forming a green link between challenging topographies. During these tours with the park planners, they will explain the design principles underlying it: revitalization of an existing open public space and its restoration to the public by linking it with existing thoroughfares through a series of steps and lawns, conservation of the existing vegetation, and the addition of new places for recreation and play.

The 45-minute tours will end at the Swords of Iron War Memorial located on Ruppin Rd. next to the Bloomfield Science Museum. Tours of the memorial will begin immediately after arriving at the site.
