Tours of this small family-managed hotel that was opened by Yoel and Mimi (Mazal) Sharabi-Biazi. It was built on the ruins of their grandparents’ home, who immigrated to Israel from Turkey in 1933. Participants will hear the history of the Biazi family, who ran the famous Ma’adan Pastry Shop in the city. The hotel proprietors will also share old photographs of their family members in Jerusalem. The 45-minute tours will include some of the hotel rooms, which are a museum of family memories in Jerusalem.
