16 Jerusalem of Money

A nighttime stroll around the Old City that will focus on the mysterious, sinister, intriguing and entertaining connections between Jerusalem and money, as well as the economic motivations that have driven the city’s history (or led to its destruction). The tour will pass through Bonei HaHoma Garden and include a view of Mishkenot Sha’ananim, the Cenacle-The Room of the Last Supper, Zion Gate and the Hurva Synagogue, while also offering views of the Western Wall, the Temple Mount and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

The tour will be led by Itamar Farhi, who founded the Friday at Ten project and community. He is the former CEO of Shabati, a public service economist, the founder of the Storyteller Line, the producer of Jane’s Walk Jerusalem, and a guide of satirical tours. The tour will end at Jaffa Gate.

Please note that the two-hour tour involves climbing numerous stairs. It is advisable to wear comfortable walking shoes.
