069 The Paper House

Meeting place: the entrance to the museum, 11 Ruppin Blvd., Museum District

A rare opportunity to see the drawings and prints study room at the Israel Museum, whose collection includes works dating back to the 15th century as well as contemporary works. What is common to them is that they are all works on paper. Participants will be shown some of the masterpieces in the drawings and prints collection, such as prints by Goya and Picasso and sketches by Marc Chagall, and hear how they were made.

The 90-minute tour will be led by Ronit Sorek, a drawings and prints curator.

The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
